I just thought I'd rant this out. Originality is a hard thing to come by these days. Back then when the Video Game industry was new we were treated to all kinds of wonderful new styles of music. Some even mixed other genres together to make a new genre right there which alone was epic. From there we were treated to melodies of which we never imagined was possible. Now days when we hear a track we can indeed say it's "Epic" but it won't feel that original even if we know it is original. There's just no one in the Video Game Composition industry who's been brave enough to take that jump and try a melody that written out would sound bad but when heard it sounds good.

We need more originality in music not to keep music fresh for it will always be fresh but to add a new exciting turn to it. I hope someone even who's not in the music industry can do it.

I can say it right now, I can't do it cause I'm not THAT creative but if someone can or if you know someone who has please show me. It would make my life more at rest.
